The workshop began with the opening ceremony, where IRI's Financial and Administrative Director presented the Director General's speech.

Two presentations entitled "The Solar Testing Facility - The Greek Donation" and "Energy Efficiency Standards of the Household Appliances" were given by Eng. Hussein Salloum, LCECP Engineering Coordinator.

Following was a presentation on "Experimental Results on Performance & Energy Efficiency on Domestic Refrigerators Converted to HDC 134A & HCFC 141B" given by Dr. Ftouh Kallel, the Energy Measurement Expert.

The workshop concluded with an open session for discussions and recommendations.
