- Tensile test

- Fracture test on weld
- Micrograph on weld
- Hardness testing: Brine, Vickers, Rockwell.
- Impact test on metal: IZOD, CHARPY
- Ultrasonic detection: plate laminations, defects in welds, corrosion inside closed vessels etc…
- Ultrasonic thickness measurements inside closed vessels
- Radiographic examination of metals and welds using X-Ray apparatus.
- Volumetric calibration of mobile tankers.
